ABOUT US
Chef Bret has been in the food business for over 25 years. His love for food began as a child in the Philadelphia area. He always loved trying new foods and eating at family and friends’ homes, which piqued his interest in all types of foods. He can recall admiring gardens as a young boy and always wanted to be able to grow fresh food to use in everyday cooking. Bret was trained at the prestigious French Culinary Institute in NYC. He is also a Veteran of the United States Army. His love for food is second only to his family, friends and of course the Philly sports teams he grew up watching.
Burnside Cuisine uses the freshest, organic ingredients available, always striving for sustainability. We offer specialized pizza, plant based and vegan options as well as meat lovers’ food. No menu is too simple or extravagant for our chef to create. We offer a full-service kitchen, catering to all menu choices.
